Front desk people were very pleasant and accommodating to anything we needed. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm and the hot tub was very relaxing. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Red Deer
Recently stayed a weekend for the Electric Garage collector auction. Our room was clean and nice. The staff made the room up in between nights and restocked towels etc. The parking lot is the only thing that could do with a few more spaces. Arriving late night a decently lite spot was tough to find. Other than that small detail A+ & 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've had with the most options.
Really great hotel! Rooms were clean, location was great, breakfast was good... Only complaints are: -No waterslide, despite Google Photos showing there was (not the hotel's fault) -Seemed to be a strange electrical issue. The light in my room would turn on randomly. Other than that, great hotel!
Great location. Clean rooms and amenities. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub were open and clean. The breakfast could be better but it was fine for the time. I will say the coffee they have in the lobby is the best part. 24 hour coffee and it was actually GOOD. Served with real cream that they keep chilled. I would stay here again!
It wasn't bad at all for the price.. nice big rooms with a big bathroom. Beds were comfy and the breakfast they served wasn't half bad. If you are driving through and need a place to stay, it's not a bad option at all. Also has a pool if you have kids so that's great as well.
We had a great visit here. The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the daily room service. Breakfast was great and a good way to start our day. Location is conveint to lots of eatries, gas stations and even Costco. I would highly recommend a stay!
This hotel I definitely recommend. It was clean..friendly staff..great breakfast..I really liked the coffee and tea bar that was in the lobby!
Rooms were nice, but the rugs felt dirty and sticky, so I kept my slides on.. And I was working night shift and they didn’t have an afternoon cleaner on hand so I was stuck with a dirty room.. But breakfast was mint and A/C worked really good for those hot days.
